Zero Fatalities and Safe Routes Utah are UDOT and DPS programs that are dedicated to saving lives on Utah Roads. We reach thousands of students across the state each year, from urban classrooms to rural communities, fostering a culture of safety on our roads. By providing free, engaging educational presentations to elementary, middle, and high schools across the state, we aim to provide students with the knowledge and habits they need to stay safe.
Explore our interactive map to see the schools we visit and delve into dynamic data tools showcasing our reach, from monthly school visits to total student attendance. Discover how our efforts are making a measurable impact by reducing risky behaviors and encouraging safer habits, one presentation at a time. Together, we’re building a safer future for Utah’s roads.
